We sell complete Sur-Ron and other electric bikes and motos by inquiry only, not through online checkout. To get started, call or text Ethan Cogar at 440-541-4331, or use the contact page.
Electric bike parts and service are also available. Parts are in the online store. For service, send a service request.
Deposits and special orders
- To order a specific bike, we ask for a deposit. Ethan will tell you the amount.
- Your deposit is refundable until the bike ships to Route 20. After it ships to us, the deposit is non-refundable, because we must keep the bike in stock or return it at our own cost.
- Your deposit counts toward the final price, and you get a written order that confirms the details.
- Refunds that are due are issued within 7 working days, or within one billing cycle for card payments.
Pickup and setup
Complete bikes are picked up in store at 43661 Oberlin Elyria Rd, Oberlin, OH 44074. Shipping lithium batteries is restricted. Every bike comes with pre-delivery setup and an orientation.
Where you can ride
Ohio law recognizes Class 1, 2 and 3 electric bicycles. Many Sur-Ron models go beyond e-bike limits on speed and power. Those are off-road only, and some may need to be titled or registered. A bike is not street-legal unless that exact model is certified for road use. Riders are responsible for following local riding rules. Changes that raise speed or power can change a bike's legal class and void its warranty.
